The purpose of the following spreadsheet is to help people calculate how many Solar Panels and Tesla Powerwalls you would need to own in order to be energy neutral.

How to use this spreadsheet:

1) Log in with your google account and click File => Make a copy. Then actually make a copy.

2) Then update the values in the "Your Details" section to match what you actually use. I recommend looking at your last power bill and your cars odometer.

3) Look at the values generated to see what solar system you would require (in kW, that's how solar systems are often "sized"). And that's it. You're done.

Note: There is an imlicit assumption in the constants as to how much solar power each panel will generate. Some regions are higher and some are lower. For a more accurate calculation tweak that number for your locality.
