Filling out this table can help you strengthen ALL the arguments you need to make in your 2 page ULG proposal. We recommend you work on this concurrently with the other tabs. Moreover, we recomend you utilize the course catalog to map out how you might complete your majors/minors/certificates, how you might take more advanced coursework that leverages your language learning, how you might integrate future study abroad experiences, etc. While you may not have every box mapped out, it can be particularly helpful to notice where there are gaps or flexibilty in your schedule, as these spaces could mean you need to strengthen your arguments on why THIS summer, and how language this summer helps to create better/stronger opportunities for future summer.

Here, you will likely identify coursework that supports both your language learning and the classes most relevant to your stated academic/career goal. You may also need to map out how you will complete your intended degrees.Here, reflect on specific opportunities - internships, research, fellowships, etc. Try and be as specific as possible (ie a specific role with a specific company, or X fellowship)Here, you might think about clubs, language tables, volunteer work, etc., especially as it supports your language learning (or maintaining a language) and advancement towards your stated academic/career goal.Here, this might be things like familial connections to the language, hobbies that might utilize the language, or personal experiences that have impacted the course of your language/academic study.
