The leader will usually have to pay more attention to everything, and should not be counted on to perform damage or healing as a normal raider would. Leader builds tend to be tankier.

While it's nice to have better distribution for more variance in buffs and support skills on back bar, you may have to take what you can get.

33
Healer Set Notes:5-SetsKagrenac
Must have one in raid on a Templar for speed resurrections.
34
Transmutation
Must have one in raid, preferably on a healer who stays at the front of the group. Prefer two in raid if slots are open.
35
Gossamer
Must have one Gossamer for every six players in raid. Three in this comp, or four in a full 24-person raid.
36
Curse Eater
Staple. This is now a common per player cooldown, so you only need enough in raid to ensure that everyone is hit regularly.
37
Jorvauld's
Nice on a warden to keep buffs up longer on the raid, but not critical if there are better options / more buff sets needed.
38
Hollowfang Thirst
Great for sustain.
39
Winter's Respite
Ground healing every 10s. Can account for ~ 20% of healing done. Very powerful.
40
Worm Cult
Not as good since change to 5-set bonus.
41
Spell Power Cure
Only need one in raid, same buff as Olorime without the need to chase a ground effect.
42
Hiti's Hearth
Prefer two in raid. Not always feasible in a 12-16 person raid.
43
Combat Physician
Applies shields on crit heals. As of 6.1.0 has per target cooldown (like Curse-Eater).
44
Prayer Shawl
Applies shields on overheal. Seems bugged on PTS. If working as we believe it should, likely to be included in final composition.
45
Sanctuary
Doesn't apply a buff on heal. Better to run on a support if possible.
46
Lamia's Song
Recovers 25 of each resource per point of ult spent. Full 500 ult = 12,500 of all resources. Confirm how many it hit, then may be viable.
47
Meritorious
Mostly fixed, now lasts 20 seconds.
48
Monster Sets:Earthgore
Used for ground effect removal more than the heal (which targets one person each tick).
49
Bloodspawn
Only better than EG in some builds where ult generation is critical.
50
Symphony
High priority for regen. Healers not in EG should be in this.
51
Bogdan's
Likely the highest healing value set, amazing if you need to eat a bomb, and in general should account for at least 10% of a healer's effective (non-overheal) numbers.
52
Weapons:Master's Resto
Multiple buffs stack. Have as many as possible where it won't negatively affect application of buff sets.
53
BRP Resto
Extra healing on people caught out (when shield is spammed on them). Not always going to hit the right person, so less priority.
