For each sheet, use the neuroglancer link to see the bounding box and segmentation to use.

For each segment ID, assign the best semantic category of the object that's contained within the bounding box.

You may use additional context beyond the bounding box to assign a category (e.g. object has vesicles outside the bounding box, therefore it's an axon).

Do not spend more than 30 seconds trying to assign a category to an object. Assign "uncertain" at the end of 30 seconds.

Try to assign categories to the largest objects first.

The accuracy of classes for objects with <100 vx is not very important. If it's not immediately obvious, it's okay to label as "uncertain".

Some advice

Copy maybe 5-10 segment IDs at a time into neuroglancer; note that neuroglancer will order the IDs numerically rather than the order you paste; it might help to bold the IDs that you copy over, just to keep track

By righ-clicking on the segment ID in the right-hand menu, the viewer will move to the neaest point on the mesh (if the mesh is loaded)
