Setting up a 3D Printer (like a print farmer)
Hey Travis!

I swear everytime I browse on Youtube, your content pops up everytime! My son loved the series about saving your 3D print farm.

I'm with a talent firm running a handful of campaigns for June and July, we saw that you make 3D print farm business videos and really like your honest look at the numbers.

We saw that you were doing a couple of partnerships with companies like HeyGears on the printing cost breakdown and Shapr3D during the print farm series.

So we were looking to inquire about a potential paid sponsorship, so is there a way that you typically like to structure them?

One of the companies that we would be running for a campaign very soon for Shippo, they are a shipping label provider with a focus on providing the best shipping labels at the best value.

I thought that because you talk about print farms and selling prints there's a lot of your audience that would benefit from a shipping label provider when they are packing their printed products.

Let me know if sponsorships are something you do, if you have packages of some sort, or if you'd like to walk through it in detail.

Perhaps we can create some custom package together. If everything aligns, then we would be looking for a longer-term paid sponsorship, likely over 1 year, but maybe starting with a quarter-long test.

Cheers,

Thanks for the message!

Before we schedule and jump on a call, we prefer to align first on the
scope of work and terms via email so we can have an informed decision
regarding the next steps. Feel free to let us know more information based
on the following:

1. How *long* do you envision the sponsored video to be? (Ex: 60s
integration on YouTube, Tiktok, or Instagram)

2. Are there any *exclusivity, usage, contract terms, or creative
guidelines* you want to implement?

3. Do you have a *specific timeline* for your promotion to go live?

Once received, our team will review the details and discuss next steps.

Looking forward to working with you!

All the best,

Ben
Hey Ben,

Thanks, happy to walk you through it so you can run it by Travis.

Quick bit on Shippo, two people started it because their own small store made shipping a pain, standing in line at the post office and overpaying on every label. So they built cheaper labels with every carrier in one place, made for small sellers. Travis's print farm audience that packs and ships their own orders is exactly who it is for, and Ready Set Resell, Kayla Carlile, and monica razak have all run it.

The easiest next step is a quick call so I can walk you both through it. Just let me know what days work for Travis and I will set it up, or grab a time straight from my calendar here.

Hey Ben,

Happy to lay it out.

1. Length. A 60 to 90 second integration inside one of Travis's normal videos, in his own words. YouTube is the main spot, and he is welcome to add a short form cut on TikTok or Instagram if he wants.

2. Terms. Light. Simple category exclusivity for the run, so no competing shipping tools in the same window. Usage stays organic on his own channel, we do not run paid ads or reuse the video unless we agree that separately. No heavy creative guidelines either, we give full creative freedom, we just ask that he shows how he actually ships.

3. Timeline. We are booking now for this quarter, filming in the next few weeks around Travis's schedule.

On the pay, it is performance based and scales with the customers he brings, the full breakdown is on this page.

If it is easier to talk it through, a quick call works too, just say the word.

Hey! Thanks for getting back to us. Quick recap, the campaign is Shippo, a shipping label provider built around the best label rates at the best value, so it fits your audience of people packing and shipping their own orders really well. For a 60 to 90 second integration we're looking at around $2,000 per video, ideally a quarter-long test of 3 videos to start (about $6,000) with room to extend into a longer run if it performs. Does that line up with how you price integrations? Happy to hop on a quick call if that's easier.https://ig.me/m/chasingcardboardtvHey there! The video about the room of sealed boxes was awesome. Thanks for getting back, and the fact that you have used Shippo for five plus years already makes this the easy kind, a story from someone who actually ships with it lands best.

Two people started Shippo because their own small store made shipping a pain, so they built cheaper labels with every carrier in one place, made for small sellers. Hi Priscila! Thanks for the reply. The campaign we'd love you for is Shippo, a shipping label provider focused on the best label rates at the best value, a natural fit for your maker and small-shop audience who ship their own products. WOMAN MAKES MASSIVE FIND AT LOCAL YARD SALE
Hey there!

I swear everytime I browse on Youtube, your content pops up everytime! My brother loved the community yard sale where you found over three thousand dollars in value.

I'm with a talent firm running a handful of campaigns for June and July, we saw that you hunt yard sales and resell your finds and like the live negotiations and the storytelling.

So we were looking to inquire about a potential paid sponsorship, so is there a way that you typically like to structure them?

One of the companies that we would be running for a campaign very soon for Shippo, they are a shipping label provider with a focus on providing the best shipping labels at the best value.

I thought that because you resell and ship the finds you pick there's a lot of your audience that would benefit from a shipping label provider when they are packing and shipping their orders.

Cheers,

Thanks for reaching out! I would be interested in doing a sponsored video. I usually do a 30 minute integration for $1000 or a 60 minute integration for $1500. I’m open to different ideas and structures.

Thanks,

Hey John,

Thanks for sharing your rates, appreciate it.

Quick bit on Shippo, two people started it because their own store made shipping a pain, so they built cheaper labels with every carrier in one place, made for small sellers. Your reselling audience that ships their own finds is exactly who it is for, and Ready Set Resell and Kayla Carlile have run it with the same kind of audience.

Rather than go back and forth over email, the easiest next step is a quick call so we can find the right fit. Just let me know what days work for you and I will set it up, or grab a time straight from my calendar here.

I would be open to it, but I typically only promote brands either I or colleagues use. Most of us are either on Shipstation or shippingeasy. I haven't done research on shipping companies in a long time.

What's the value prop for shippo?

Steve
Hey Steve,

Fair question, and I hear you on only promoting what you actually use.

Shippo is the value option next to Shipstation, it pools a lot of small sellers together to get bulk label rates and passes them on, with no contract and no monthly minimum. It only makes sense if your audience saves, which they usually do, and Ready Set Resell, Kayla Carlile, and monica razak have all run it with the same kind of audience.

The easiest next step is a quick call so I can walk you through it and you can see if it fits. Just let me know what days work for you and I will set it up, or grab a time straight from my calendar here.

Hey! Glad you're interested. To put numbers to it, the campaign is Shippo, shipping labels at the best value, which is a great fit for anyone shipping their own orders. We'd do a 60 to 90 second integration, and budget-wise we're around $950 per video, ideally 3 videos over the quarter to start with a longer run if it lands. Does that work on your end? Typically I structure these for short-form content across Youtube,
TikTok, and Instagram per video plus the product. I'm open to
discussing a custom package, especially for a longer commitment like
you mentioned.

I've already tried Shippo and would love to work on something cool
together, Let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you,
Robert
Hey Robert,

Thanks, and the fact that you have already tried Shippo makes this easy, a story from someone who uses it always lands best.

Two people started Shippo because their own small store made shipping a pain, so they built cheaper labels with every carrier in one place, made for small sellers. Your audience that builds and ships their own products is exactly who it is for, and Ready Set Resell, Kayla Carlile, and monica razak have all run it.

The easiest next step is a quick call so I can walk you through it. Just let me know what days work for you and I will set it up, or grab a time straight from my calendar here.

Hey Kimberly!

I swear everytime I browse on Youtube, your content pops up everytime! My brother loved your video on the hands off business anyone can start.

I'm with a talent firm running a handful of campaigns for June and July, we saw that you teach people how to start hands off ecommerce businesses and like how practical every step is.

We saw that you have worked with brands like Gelato before, so paid partnerships look like something you already do.

So we were looking to inquire about a potential paid sponsorship, so is there a way that you typically like to structure them?

One of the companies that we would be running for a campaign very soon for Shippo, they are a shipping label provider with a focus on providing the best shipping labels at the best value.

I thought that because you talk about print on demand and online stores there's a lot of your audience that would benefit from a shipping label provider when they are packing and shipping their orders.

Cheers,
Hi! Thanks for sharing your rate. $3,000 for a 60 second integration sits a bit above where this campaign is set, our budget for Shippo is closer to $850 to $1,000 per video for a 60 to 90 second read, with a quarter-long test of a few videos and a longer run if it performs. Is there room to meet somewhere in that range? We'd love to make it work with you.n/a (no IG on file)marketing + entrepreneurshop rates march15mitchellmediasponsor@gmail.com52026-03-212026-03-17Sent 2026-07-07 15:44 from alice.k@tranvoiceteam.comOpen thread in dashboardHey Alice! Thanks for reaching out - For a 60-second YouTube
integration, my rate is $3,000. I typically book 4 weeks in advance,
so mid-late April would be my next available slot.
Hey there,

Thanks for sharing your rate, appreciate it.

Quick bit on Shippo, two people started it because their own store made shipping a pain, so they built cheaper labels with every carrier in one place, made for small sellers. Kimberly's audience that ships their own orders is exactly who it is for, and Ready Set Resell and Kayla Carlile have run it with the same kind of audience.

Rather than go back and forth over email, the easiest next step is a quick call so we can find the right fit. Just let me know what days work for Kimberly and I will set it up, or grab a time straight from my calendar here.

Thank you for reaching out regarding a potential collaboration with Shippo.

I will still need to check out Shippo further to see if it is a good fit
for my audience, however *attached to this email*, you'll find a pdf of my

Be in touch with any questions!
