Welcome delegates! The calendar below shows the dates and times for some important pre-Assembly meetings. Delegates should plan to attend these meetings as they lead into the Assembly Business meeting on July 26, 2025. At these meetings, we will share information, questions will be answered, and attendees can even assist in providing feedback for several bylaw amendments. While all delegates are not required to attend all of these meetings, we encourage you to provide representation, especially for topics of special interest to your society.
