Bring Tarps to put Drop Bags on.

Radio Volunteers Pick up Drop Bags at Vivian Park / Start , no drop bags for stations 2 & 9
Make sure you get ALL bags labelled for your Aid Station

You also return drop bags to Vivian Park / Finish
You might also need to bring back DNF runners to Vivian Park/Finish

Runner Time Sheets:
AS 2, 3 & 4: Out Times Required (In times if you can)
AS 5 – 10 In & Out Times Needed
We plan on using a Runner Tracker race control app to record runner times and transmit them digitally using ham radio. This app can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play. Mobile radio and a tall gain antenna will be best to use for this event. Tall antenna is a must at aid stations 7 & 8
EVERYONE:
Call Net Control IMMEDIATELY with DNF’s.
Keep accurate records: All runners need to be accounted for through NCS.

Bring Runner Time Sheets back to Comms Trailer @ Vivian Park when you return drop bags.

Runner Time Sheets: 40 spaces per column / 120 per sheet

Radio Volunteers –Please contact your Aid Station Captain to find out when they will be at Aid Stations to set up.
5pm Vivian Park approx. – Dinner for Runners & Volunteers
