Delivery workgroup workSpring/Summer 2025In ProcessThe workgroup has set a recurring, annual schedule for reviewing the delivery budget allocations formulas, in order to make sure the costs for statewide delivery are being split between all systems in a fair and sustainable way.

The workgroup has begun creating a Delivery Best Practices and Service Expectations document as an aid for library and system staff who are involved in delivery operations to help guide partnerships with delivery vendors.

Board appointed a separate website review workgroup to assist with the website update.
Website committee has met multiple times, reviewed current site content, developed a new site map and design and is currently working on adding content to new site.
