You will learn to operate the pilot tool and fabricate solar cells in the customer’s facility in China. You will work closely with the tool team to build soup to nuts understanding of the pilot tool and process. You will work with the CTO to move tool in H2 2025 and setup tool to operate in China. You will be supported by our mechatronics and engineering teams who will assist with tool upgrades and process development. You don’t need to have a strong understanding of solar cells or metallization; we will teach you about these areas. You just need to be prepared to make small improvements every day.
