***As Per the LLMEA Bylaws, Appendix I: General Festival Guidelines, Item 20: The hosts shall present the Treasurer with an itemized financial statement of the festival and a check for the net proceeds within thirty (30) days of the festival. This must be completed before the host honoaria will be paid. Checks should be made payable to LLMEA and sent to the LLMEA Treasurer with this report.
