1.     Under Tracker, Change the Wedding Date to "Your Wedding Date". All of the other information in Tracker has formulas and will auto fill.

2.     Under Tracker, add the maximum number of guests you would like to invite in cell A29.

3.     Add a Name of Each Person who is adding to the Guest List where it says Add Name Here.

4.     Start Adding Names to your Individual Guest Count List - Be sure to put your name in the Added by Column for each guest. This will be helpful later when guests need to be contacted.

5.     Once Everyone has their lists complete, sort each list and remove duplicates.

6.     Compare your Goal Guest Count to the Total Combined Guest Count under Tracker. If the Total Combined Guest Count is over Your Goal Guest Count, determine how many names you need to eliminate. Then have each person cut an assigned number of names from his or her personal list.

7.     Now that you have your guest list created, copy the names and paste into the tab named Master List. This is where you will manage your guest list by recording important info like names and addresses, invitations sent,  track RSVPs and gifts received, etc.
