(a) Comfort Cooling - To meet MIMOS space temperature set point of 24°C ± 2°C and humidity set point of 50% ± 10%.M

(b) Precision Cooling - To meet MIMOS Clean Room ambient temperature set point of 23°C ± 1°C and humidity set point of 45% ± 5%.M

(c) Chilled Water - To meet MIMOS Chilled Water temperature set point of 6°C to 8°CM

3INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

3.5Bidder MUST establish the energy consumption baseline of MIMOS Fab's chillers that adheres to IPMVP protocol for M&V, taking into account of changes in weather, building heat load etcM

6.1.2Bidder MUST have installed the tendered item at a minimum of 3 different locations, with 3 different customers. The installation's baseline and savings/improvement data MUST be verified and validated by an independent body and/or relevant authority. Bidder MUST provide proof and supporting documents.M
