1	How to use:			Current Hisec Incursion Staging:
2	1) Go to any Concord LP store.			#N/A
3	2) Using your own ISK and Concord LP, purchase any amount of the current preferred item.
4	3) Select all purchased items in your inventory. Right click them, and click "Create Contract"
5	4) Set the contract type to "Item Exchange". Set the availability to "Private", and enter "The Incursion Buyback" in the Name box.
6	5) Multiply the total LP Cost of your items (NOT the ISK cost) by 2,100 and enter the result into the "I will recieve" box.
7	6) Set expiration to 1 week.
8	7) Confirm contract and await ISK.
