Signed UpWe want to track when new users signup so that we can:
- Track homepage conversion rate
- Segment the users correctly in marketing automation
- username
- email address
- did they have a coupon code? (user referral program, marketing promotion)
YESYESaccount_createdusername:STRING
email_address: EMAIL
coupon_code: STRING

Logged InUser logged in, either automatically (via cookie) or by visiting the login form
- Not all analytics platforms are good at handling sessions. Having definite login event allows us to track login behaviour reliably
- We want to track bad login attempts as users who regularly forget their password may have started to forget about the tool
- was it a manual login
- did we automatically log them in
- how many failed attempts did they have?
YESNOlogged_intype: 'manual' || 'automated'
failed_attempts: INTEGER

Created A Project1) We need to see if the user gets onboarded correctly and creates their first project within a minute or so of signup
2) We want to count usage to spot high/low project activity for upsells
YESYEScreated_new_projectI didn't do anything special if it was their first project, but it should be easy enough to run this query in analytics programs as the first instance of the event occurring. Ping me if you think it needs something special adding though for onboarding, as not all analytics platforms are the same. ^DG
