Interpersonal skills is how you deal with other people , how you talk to them. I feel like my past experiences were good with this because of the way I treat people. And I don't raise my voice
Independent living is relying on yourself to take care of yourself. I don't have much experience with this.
The ability to interpret information for work, and maintaining it. I have little experience with this.
It means to actively listen, and to communicate what your thinking. I a pretty good with this. I need to do better with communicating.
A step by step process to to advancing in your career. I have been planning for this since I applied for job corps, and I picked my career.
Being productive and responsible when you work. I am a very hard worker.
Multicultural Awareness is being sensitive to culture diversity. This one touches me because I am so open to meeting different cultures and I am so sensitive to other cultures, and I really dislike when people disrespect other people.
Skills that make you feel more confident about yourself, and I have grown a lot.

Just being able to communicate properly
being able to live on your own sustainably
Making sure that you're fact checking what your saying and reading
Having the heart of Moses and sucking up everything any person says to you a lot of people will try to talk to you like you're slow special or otherwise you just have to go along with it even if you feel like it's disrespectful or rude
Making sure you have a plan and that you understand your place in life
Building boundaries and understanding multicultural people and getting the job done
Microaggressions exist even if you're a minority I just wanted to say that but multicultural awareness is understanding that other people are not trying to be rude or disrespectful it's just their beliefs as long as they're not a trump supporter
Having your own goals and your own accomplishments that you're proud of sometimes you have to be proud for yourself you're not gonna have people be proud of you all the time especially if you don't have good family like myself all I have is my mom and my brother and my sister

In my past experience some good examples of Interpersonal Skills would be having the motivation and flexibility to show good leadership. For example, showing others that you are actively listening and in doing so proves that you can work well with others.
Some good examples of this are rather easy to identify. Personal hygiene, Taking showers, brushing your teeth, etc. Cooking is another one, preparing your own meals, making healthy choices, things like that.
Having good relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and what they want, having the ability to provide said things. Documenting important records, for example, organizing your healthcare documents. Birth certificates, immunization records and a covid card.
Some of the most important communication skills for any job are presentation, active listening, nonverbal communication, giving/taking feedback, and others. Improve your communication skills by learning how to listen, noticing nonverbal cues, and practicing oral communication.
For example, if your career plan is to become an accountant, your short-term goals could include enrolling in school, while a medium-term goal could be to complete a virtual work experience to help you understand what an accountant does. A short-term goal could be looking up Youtube videos of people talking about being can accountant and what their day to day tasks at work are.
Examples of ethical behaviors in the workplace includes; obeying the company's rules, effective communication, taking responsibility, accountability, professionalism, trust and mutual respect for your colleagues at work. These examples of ethical behaviors ensures maximum productivity output at work or ensuring equal treatment among your co-workers.
Cultural competence requires us to be aware of our environment and space. Multicultural awareness calls on our interpersonal skills to build connections and relationships. In your daily interactions, your interpersonal muscles are likely always being used.
Personal development skills are personal attributes, personality traits, inherent social cues and communication abilities. Developing these skills involves the process of self-improvement, which focuses on strengthening your knowledge, capabilities, and self-awareness to reach your personal goals.
