Be a Team Player
(WE before me)
The needs of my team are more important than my individual needs.
The needs of many outweigh the needs of one. Sometimes it is more important to put the team, program or event needs over what I personally need. The needs of the gym team is more important than my personal needs. I will help where the gym needs help, not where I want I need to be.

Be willing to TRY
(We don't fail, we learn)
Fail Forward: failing is a normal part of life and promotes growth. When we are willing to try , we challenge ourselves to take risks and to progress. Allow your children to push themselves and to fail. Allow them to experience the trials that come with failing, and the growth that results. Don't take this very important opportunity away from them.Take action, make mistakes! Imperfect action is always better than perfect inaction.
