Buying a house is a huge financial decision! You'll get a lot of advice from a lot of different people, but it really depends on where you're at personally and what your goals are.

Get started on the Dashboard by reviewing the input figures listed in the Questionnaire on the Dashboard tab. Please follow the supporting notes if you need guidance.

There's a lot of Inputs to really dial in the estimates, if you're looking for a quick start, just fill out Monthly Spend, Rent, House Price, and Cash on Hand! (These numbers are bold)

Your output comes in the form of a couple graphs and tables. Comparing your Assets from the Buy vs No Buy scenario will give you the best idea of your financial forecast for either case.
