Improving Academic Outcomes: Literacy Goal

The percent of students scoring Level 3 & 4 on the ELA portion of the ATLAS assessment will increase by 5% as measured by the 2025-2026 end of year assessment. Teachers at all grade levels will Implement rigorous, evidence-based HQIM that ensures all students engage in meaningful, grade-level learning experiences and utilize the classroom assessments in the ATLAS portal to monitor student progress, inform instruction and provide timely support to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Increase the percentage of students achieving proficiency or higher in Mathematics across all grade levels by implementing a comprehensive, data-informed approach to instruction, assessment, and intervention.

Teachers will develop classroom assessments using the ATLAS portal and incorporate ATLAS-style questions into weekly instruction to build familiarity and readiness. ATLAS assessments will be administered and analyzed twice per year to monitor student progress and inform instruction. Instructional teams will engage in quarterly collaborative meetings to review and respond to data from interim assessments. In support of high-quality instruction, the school will partner with The Bailey Group to refine curriculum maps and assessments aligned to the HQIM curriculum. Additionally, targeted Tier 3 interventions will be designed and implemented to address the individual learning needs of students requiring intensive support.
