DRIVES Authorized Approvers List

The DRIVES Authorized Approver list is purposed to specify those that are authorized to grant access to specific groups within the DRIVES application, throughout all environments. Prior to access being granted, the Authorized Approver(s) must digitally sign the Department of Revenue Access Request Form in the DRIVES section.
The form will be returned no more than two business days from the day it is received.

If the form is not signed by an Authorized Approver the change order associated with the requested change in access will be placed on hold until the issue is corrected, and may eventually be rejected/closed.

For Security Groups not listed or for questions please contact User Support at dor_drives_prod_traininghelp@state.co.us

*Authorized Approvers should not sign/approve their own access request.
If An Authorized Approver needs approval for access to a DRIVES Security Group(s), another Authorized Approver must sign the request.
