If you're a serious buyer they pull your credit, and what they offer is what you get. Once in the finance office, just straight business and no pushy up sales. Daniel the salesman was very patient with me over the phone and in person dealing with the off the lot "branded" title purchase.

Took longer to produce/ship than expected, but once it was delivered, they quickly prepped it. I live two hours away so was very thankful that the entire process was very fast--about an hour and a half total. Sales/Preston was very helpful (without wasting time) and described all the things around the car, the chevy app, onstar. The finance person was very efficient and not at all pushy. They easily handled the educator discount and prepped us for the qmerit install. Decided not to swap the bolt for one of the Z06 they had in stock.

I was just about to give up on purchasing a Bolt due to the fact that several other dealers were asking thousands over MSRP or adding on garbage such as "wheel protection" that I did not need or want.. Communications after that sales could have been better, but, I was able to track the production process of my car on www.chevrolet.com.

When I asked about them I was told they were already sold and weren't there to even look at anyway. Informed if I wanted a Bolt I would need to put down a non refundable $1000/$2000 deposit (depending on what I order). Asked about different types of Bolts and packages but salesperson didn't know and had to ask another sales rep. I asked if I could be informed when a Bolt came in just so I could look at it (not drive it) and was told no since all Bolts required deposits and therefore were already essentially sold. I gave her my name to call me if there were ever any Bolts on the lot to see and haven't heard back since April.

We knew what we wanted, and had no pressure to add on things or upgrade from the LT to the Premier -- our salesperson davey listened to us, was so genuine and friendly, and made it extremely clear what all the steps in the ordering process were. He kept us updated every step of the way! The ordering process was so slick, and then picking it up went well too. We did have to tell the finance guy several times that we were happy going with out credit union for financing (vs doing financing through chevy), but even that experience wasn't too bad -- he just wanted us to sign multiple things saying we'd been offered various extended warranties and turned them down. (Our salesman had actually previously talked to us about how the extended warranties really weren't needed since the bolt has such a great warranty already, so I felt really supported by having that knowledge beforehand.) Really happy with our experience!

Not the most responsive to calls/emails but I wasn't hounding them for updates. In the end I got all the answers I needed and was very satisfied.

The added options were the Driver Confidence Package, Convenience Package, Comfort Package, and some floor mats. Which is more or less all that I wanted in a Premier.

The Bolt was fresh off the truck with 1 mile on it. No real pressure, but there were already other people coming in to buy it.

I wanted a Premier without Sun and Sound or Super Cruise and that what I basically got in my LT. I payed the MSRP of a Premier for my LT + the Package I wanted.

The Inventory page on chevrolet website really does work.

$04453554.33Devon at Rivervew Chevrolet (McKeesport location) did an excellent job walking me through the ordering and finance process on my new Bolt. He was always responsive (24h or less) throughout the entire 6 month process and even came in on his day off to let me get the car on delivery day. Although he didn't always have an answer for every question, he would go out and find one for me instead of leaving me hanging. The only negative of this dealership was the finance manager was extremely pushy on me getting a $7000 extended warranty instead of just accepting I didn't want it. He eventually did comply, but it took a few minutes of debate and him accusing me of being a "youtube mechanic" lol (I'm an ASE tech with EV training). Overall though, even with the financing hiccup, I would be happy to work with Devon and Riverview again for my next car!

Car was delivered to my home and got high trade value on my old car. Sylvia responded to all questions by phone, email, or text. 100% would use again. Only little mixup was confusion about if I could transfer my old plate, but that was quite minor.

First the rep who took my order didn't actually follow through and when I called later to confirm they said they couldn't find my order. A different rep (Bill) tried to make it up by offering me a cancelled order that matches mine. It was a 2LT but he insisted it was a Premier. After some back and forth, he realized it's a loaded LT and asked me if I still wanted it, I said yes. Fast forward to today when I texted him about updates he said I said no to it and sold it to someone else. Unprofessional and dishonest dealer. Will not do business with them again.

And it is their dealership’s policy to sell no car (even Corvettes) over MSRP. The only reason they had this Bolt EUV available was because it was one of many cars Chevrolet shipped to Wilkesboro to display at the track during the NASCAR All Star Race that was held the prior weekend. A few of those cars were allocated to the local dealer to sell, my Bolt EUV being one of them.

Once in, it took a lot of work to get them to drop their markup from 4550 to 3550, which is still much higher than average for the area. They would not break this down so that I could understand where this cost was coming from. Some guilt tactics were used such as "would you work for half your salary?", "why don't you take the other offer?" etc which I didn't appreciate. Despite being pleasant towards them, the sales person and their supervisor did not say goodbye to us on our way out. I take this to mean that they don't care to talk further about this car or any other that might be available in their dealership. Overall, it was a disappointing experience as we were willing to pay over MSRP if we felt they made a decent effort to meet us, but they didn't.

I actually missed the first one since I was out of town and it got picked up within a day, but a day later they said the same exact trim + color was on the lot. Drove over that day and took a test drive and did the whole dance. They told me no MSRP markups but came with add ons that totaled $2500. Saw that some people were able to get an EUV actually below MSRP at this dealership and I brought that up so I had to negotiate for quite a while.. Got them down from 2500 to 500 and I drove off 2.5 hours later. Sad about the added cost but stoked about my new ride

Around April we received work we could get an allocation if we ordered an accessory and the dealership chose the cheapest one ($200 Cargo Protection Package). Was told in May that the car had been built and would be arriving the next day. A couple days later we went to the dealership, looked at the car, and worked out the price. Salesman tried to sell us on the Nitrogen tires, but when I asked to take it off there was very little pushback. However, they did have a $499, non-negotiable fee. I was not able to get them to remove that, but it balanced out with the $500 deposit I forgot about. The dealer found us a load rate that was better than our credit union. All-in-all and good experience, all things considered.

They even market themselves as a "No Markup" Dealership on their website which only excluded corvettes at my time of purchase, it now also specifically lists Bolts as excluded as well after my purchase and my pointing out that their own website never said anything about Bolts being excluded from the "no markup" guarantee.

I signed the sales contact literally after one email and one phone conversation. I was lucky because I emailed Dillon on a day another customer cancelled an EUV that was ordered by him. So the car was in the lot which Dillon sold it to me at MSRP + DMV + Documentation Fee (no other extra cost). He got me an additional $500 discount offered by GM (which I didn't know about). Dillon held the car for a week before I took delivery. We spent less than one hour at the dealership before we drove the EUV off the lot. Super easy and very smooth experience!

He asked some clever key questions over the phone to discover how serious I was (maybe the most vital step) and put my name to a car barely coming out of "PLANT YARD LAKE ORION." I was still suspicious, having walked away from several dealership shenanigans. Originally they listed some anti-theft add-on, but I resisted so he simply deleted the line item. Two weeks before ETA, I went there in person to get a printout of final price. They honestly just printed it out for me. And when my Bolt arrived, it came in a few days early, got prepped, and I picked it up without hassle or haggle. Just smooth transaction. Paid MSRP in a jungle of a market where 4k markup was the norm. The only blemish is the Manager doing the paperwork. He was deeply not interested in electric vehicles. What a cynic. But maybe this explains why the dealership is slow and a gem of a place to get an awesome deal on the Bolt.

Due to high demand in the area, fully expected no call back for inventory. Submitted a custom order for allocation at another dealership at end of March. 3 weeks later original dealer calls with unclaimed inventory that fit our original specs. It was first come first served and we apparently beat another interested person by only a couple hours. Vehicle was fresh off the truck and had to be PDIed and washed. After being assured of no additional markup, the dealer tried to add “mandatory” paint protection at $899 to the bottom line when we were going through the numbers. Fortunately, they weren’t pushy and we only had to ask once for extras to be removed. Finished transaction and paid with CC. My rep wasn’t particularly the most knowledgeable about the EV line, but knew enough to scare me away. Picked up car the next day! Tl;dr got a call from dealership and bought a car all within 2 hours, be prepared!

Spoke directly to their head of sales, Spencer, who said it was actually available and confirmed the specs. The vehicle was optioned the way we wanted at MSRP (if with a slightly high docs fee of $699). I told Spencer we'd like to move on it, and he connected me to a salesperson on his team, John, who led us through the rest of the transaction. Everyone at the dealership was professional and accommodating, and they made it happen fast for us. I did have to specifically request the EV Tax Credit form at purchase, which they were glad to hunt down and complete for me. They removed the (freshly applied) dealership decal at my request, and John also made sure to submit the Qmerit paperwork ASAP—so we've already got a consult scheduled for this week. Overall would definitely recommend this dealership, and John especially.
