When attempting to run PMR 6 at Abbott's Creek Elementary, it took approximately 10 minutes to load the State Reporting Dashboard page. Once the page appeared and after selecting Run, I received the message 'The wcpss.powerschool.com page isn't working'. See attached screen shot. This may be an issue with other schools, as it took over 10 minutes to return the State Reporting Board.

Since the move/upgrade weekend we have been experiencing issue with our
user sessions and reports timing out. If a user is logged in and is
inactive for any length of time, the session is timed out. We are having
issues with reports completing that we believe are also due to sessions
timing out. If the user is trying to run a report that contains a lot of
information they receive an error stating that wcpss.powerschool.com is
not available. We are experiencing this with quick exports as well. If
the users breaks down the student selection so the report returns quicker,
they are sometimes successful. We have also experienced the same error
when trying to generate a PMR. Could you check to see if it could be
related to a keep alive setting within Rackspace please?
