We would like the public to be aware of CHEWS and somehow gather support so we can push for its start-up.
CHEWS is a mobile application for real-time electronic health record system for local government health centers, that will be used for tracking trending health problems and can produce heat maps, reports and graphs.
Health officials may be able to use knowledge of these trends as an early indicator of emerging health issues and a warning of public health emergencies in a community.
With early identification, health officials can respond quickly, including advising people how to protect their health and minimize the spread of the disease. Minimizing the spread of disease could help the community bounce back quickly from an outbreak or a public health emergency – or potentially prevent a public health emergency, such as a outbreak, from occurring.

I am excited to go to the event because of several reasons:
1. I want to know more about the available Google technologies.
2. I want to know how the other developers/companies have used Google's technologies. Though I have used several Google technologies already, I think that networking and exchanging ideas with the community would allow me to have a better understanding of the available technologies.
3. I want to promote my app because I believe that it can help people

The slides automatically displays as article format for non-desktop and mobile devices. The slides and article format is suitable for teachers, students, and other professions who wants to publish web contents in a clear and consistent manner and also responsive to devices accessing the contents. There is also a feature that allows users to save their slides/articles to local storage so they can browse them offline even without internet.

Google HackFair is a great opportunity that our team cannot possibly miss. We believe in Google technologies and what they can do to revolutionize the way we do things. Our team is inspired and dedicated to create something unique and relevant. Since these technologies already play a huge part in our application to make it more user-friendly and accessible to a wide spectrum of people, it is only right and timely that we participate in the Google HackFair now. One significant way of how we used Google in our application is the use of Google Analytics. As our web application is a cloud-based data delivery system that promotes transparency within different parts of our society, Google Analytics allows the display of which types of content are usually viewed, or what people prefer using for visualizing data and much more. With the generated results, we would be able to improve our application so that it can make what people view most of the time more accessible.
Moreover, we think that Google HackFair would be a perfect venue where we would be able to showcase our application, its features and how it can help contribute to today’s society and solve various problems through technology. Originally developed for the DLSU HackerCup 2015, our web application, named Collation, makes it easy for government officials to deliver data to the public. As part of the Open Data initiative, our application aims to simplify things through the transparency of data.
Above all, the greatest opportunity that we see in this HackFair, is the learning experience that it enables us. By joining this event, we are sure to interact with much more people and realize the extent of our application, and further explore and understand how to develop our ideas into something new and useful.

This issue on traffic are cause by several factors including poor traffic-flow management, overpopulation and inefficient rail transportation services. In addition are the undisciplined drivers and pedestrians which make the traffic even worse.
Roadmob aims to make commuting in the Philippines safer and better. As a commuter with Roadmob, you’ll be able to voice out your complaints against abusive drivers and operators which may include being out of line, reckless driving and even smoke belching.
We want to get this chance to introduce a service that can possibly help solving traffic issues involving lack of discipline of our drivers and raising awareness about the traffic rules and regulations in Metro Manila.
You can also use RoadMob to search any reported incidents related to a vehicle using its plate number.

Having our Team been part of a number of Google related events such as the 2015 Google I/O in Iligan City, as well as this event being suggested by my teacher, the event itself interests us. We would very much like to be a part of it. Seeing different kinds of google innovations would be both interesting and helpful, academically and professionally speaking. Our GIS App uses Google technology of which we want it to be featured. We'd also like to see other creations and gain knowledge from other exhibitors.

Because it will be an excellent opportunity to showcase my app built on Google Tech of course!
I love Google - I've been a Google Summer of Code developer (one of the first in the Philippines!) TWICE, and I really get on top of google tech (angular, cardboard, go, etc.)
As for the project, it's an AngularJS based professor curation app I built for my university (University of the Philippines). What kind of traction have I built with it? The app now has 860,000+ views in one and a half year alone (tracked with Google Analytics of course!), taking into account that it's only active during every start of semesters (as this is when students look for professors). It's a real app that solves a real problem, and we're even looking into expanding into different universities (out of public demand/request!)

With great passion for growth and self-mastery, this is a great opportunity for us to get validation and feedback from developers and potential users who will be using our application in the near future. Truly, Google HackFair is a viable platform for us to meet people who will constructively criticize our work so we can improve our applications and make it ready for deployment a few months from now. Moreover, this is a great chance for us to showcase the things that we have learned from the numerous talks and summits of the Google Developers Group Philippines (GDG PH) that we have attended. We firmly believe that, as a group of students, we can provide great value to the student community by inspiring them to build applications that will make the world a better place through the help of Google.
Through our app, we would like to help our elders get on top of their prescription and medicine drinking time without the hassle of navigating their mobile phones and memorizing phone navigation. Their doctors will be the ones to setup reminders for appointments and time of drinking of medicine without them navigating to anything on their phone. Here, they will also be able to get a soft copy of the doctor's prescriptions which they can use to buy medicine without the hassle of bringing out worn-out prescription papers.
