Tech Equipment

Chromebooks -- All Chromebook purchases must be coordinated directly with the Office of Education Technology and are not approved by their office for purchase with ACCESS funding.

On-Line Programs

Due to LCA requirements and Information Technoloy guidelines, requests for online programs and subscriptions cannot be approved as part of the ACCESS Proposal process. All subscriptions must follow SDP's timeline and therefore cannot be approved by the ACCESS Office. Please refer to the Information Technology Purchasing Guidelines for more information regarding these purchases. If there are special exceptions, detailed written prior approval from the InformationTechnology office is required and the written approval must be included in the proposal packet.
