Junior High Dance100Event coordinator is to run the event, keep time of volunteers, and turn in final waiver form. Running an event includes, but not limited to, collecting and tallying order forms and money, dispursing orders when they come in, ordering supplies needed (with office approval), etc. The sign in sheet must be turned into the school office, completely filled out, within 7 days. The event coordinator does not include his/her hours. That is included in the waiver amount. Money should be neatly organized and counted when turned into the office. Attending as a spectator/participant does not count.
