The 20% time project encourages students to research an item that interests them. I did this activity with RSP eighth-grade students during a math intervention class. All those students had iPads and high-speed Internet access.

Instead of a Science Fair, we held a Curiosity Fair! This was TK-8th grade at an Independent Study school. The students were encouraged to follow their curiosity. We will be holding many more in the future!
