"Case Studies was helpful in setting us up to begin our thesis papers. Presenting each paper as a 10 slide powerpoint was also helpful, although I wish the second paper's presentation had occurred before the paper's due date. This would have allowed us to make changes based on the guest critic's feedback. The guest speakers were wonderful, and each seemed very well-rounded, having connections to all of our topics, even though as a class we were writing about different subjects. Overall, the structure and content of the class were great. It made the daunting task of beginning a thesis paper seem much more manageable. I appreciate that the final writing assignment can be used in our thesis papers.""This was a fantastic overview, covering a huge number of diverse projects yet giving us a feeling of competence in the field." ; "Daniel is an excellent professor. He is very knowledgeable about this field and does a great job in making everyone feel like their viewpoint is just as important as the next." ; "Great Professor. Always prepared beyond what I've seen from other instructors. Genuinely gives a damn about his students." ; "Very organized and helpful instructor. Open to all ideas and encouraged us to think critically." ; “Daniel Tucker was awesome as both instructor and advisor during this process. I appreciate the way he offered info (additional) specific to each of us. Super dedicated.”"Presented with ample new information, documentaries, audio pieces. Great pairing for spring semester senior workload. Appropriate with no busy work. Utilized class time well. Great teacher.";"Challenging and fruitful course. Appreciate your efforts supporting our independent and collective conception of inquiry.""Thesis Writing course with Daniel was integral to my success, and the success of the cohort at
large. He offers compelling and thoughtful feedback that is tailored to the needs of what
MFA/MA candidates expressed we needed"

"The pace of this course was very good and helpful in terms of the over all work load of the program. Daniel was very involved with his students and encouraging from the beginning of the semester until the end. Over all the experience was good.""Please bring this class back!
