Parking SituationWe have two parking spots out front that are first come first serve on a daily basis. We also offer a discounted rate at the St. Julien garage for $140/mo. With the fall promotion though, we are giving away a month of parking there for free.The new NiCHE location is in the old Namaste Solar building with ample parking so we'd imagine it will have ample free parking.Same as Impact Hub, however, we have our own reserved garage which is $225 for a dedicated spot14 metered spots by the hour. Can members hold workshops/events in your space for free?They absolutely can. It would just have to be outside normal work hours 8am-5pm so we can protect the workspace for our members. They are also able to use the conference room (fits 14 comfortably but up to 20) as part of their membership.They absolutely can.
