Other Requirements
- All courses must be at least 4 units.
- All courses must be taken for a letter grade.
- Courses cannot be repeated for additional credit unless othewise stated.
- All courses must be completed with an average GPA of 2.0 or higher to be awarded the Information and Media Literacy minor.

Important Notes - Successful completion of the Information and Media Literacy minor will be noted on the transcript and diploma.
- Graduate level courses may not be applied toward the minor requirements. Students may petition to request an exception to apply a graduate level course toward the minor but approval for these petitions are very rarely granted. These petitions must be submitted prior to starting the graduate level course.
- A maximum of 8 graded units of contract courses (INF STD 195-199) may be applied to the Information and Media Literacy minor requirements.
- The Information and Media Literacy minor is not open to students in the Education and Social Transformation major and the Education Studies minor.
