1. Log into your google account.

2. Make a copy of this google sheet. You can do this by going to "File" in the upper left and select "Make a copy..." A new window titled "Copy document" will appear. Organize your copy into your team drive in the "______ Submitted Deposit Forms" folder for the current school year.

3. Add your campus and your name to the Google Sheet File Name: "AACF Cash Receipt & Deposit Form - UCCSU - Mickey Mouse"

4. Select "Cash Receipt & Deposit Form" sheet below.

5. Enter all the appropriate data: campus, name, title, phone, email address, date received, account name, event description, cash amounts, check amounts, money order amounts, tax receipt, bill count, coin count, number of checks, and number of money orders. (All shaded cells).

6. When you have completed and verified your deposit, print your form AS A SINGLE PAGE and include it with the deposit you will be sending into the office.**

**To print as a single page: Select your "Cash Receipt & Deposit Form" sheet. From that sheet to go "File" and select "Download as...". Make sure your choose "PDF document (.pdf)". Google drive will create a print preview. A navigation bar on the right will pop up. Make sure your settings look like it is as below and then select export.
