Learning4impact Inclusion Toolkits Database

Overview:
Tools and toolkits for inclusion have been created and used by a variety of development actors around the world, most notably with respect to gender-transformative programming. Building on this accumulated learning, this document contains a curated collection of resources from a range of development sector actors that you can use to assess, reflect on, adapt and measure your inclusion efforts. Rather than reinventing the wheel, this database compiles global best practices in inclusive programming: These tools support users to apply an inclusion lens to key program aspects, including context analysis, needs assessment, design and adaptation, implementation, accountability and learning.


How to Use this Database:

1. Browse through the list to discover new resources

2. Search for tools relating to a specific group
Toolkits supporting inclusion of the following priority groups have been included in the database-
a. Urban Poor
b. Scheduled Tribes
c. Sexual and Gender Minorities
d. Scheduled Castes
e. Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
f. Adolescents and Youth
Tools that are applicable for many excluded groups or at a system level are marked 'General'.

3. Search for tools that meet your needs:
- To strengthen specific program processes (Assessment, Planning and Design, Implementation and Monitoring)
- By specific host organizations/authors
- Designed for use in specific geographies
