Set poles/cones down the centerline so you can feel how crooked or straight your are. When going down the center line keep you elbows bent and hold onto your grap strap to steady your arms

set out 4 cones on the circle so you can learn to ride to the 4 points of a circle. Put a grap strap or something similar to the d ring on you saddle. hold the grab strap with your ourside hand on the circle to stablize. Now stear with your inside hand.
Set out cones 1 at first quarter, one at X and one at 2nd quarter line. Now ride across the diagonal focusing first your turn at the letter, then the first cone, then the cone at X the 2nd 1/4line cone and finally the last letter one the diagonal. Keep practicing until you can feel and focus on the straightness of your horse.

Also go around the ring with your outside hand on the grap strap and you inside hand on your hip. Another exercise is to put both hands on the grap strap while trotting around the ring and post for a couple strides and sit for a couple strides. Your are working to develop a more independent seat. Adorable pair but keep working on the basics.
