Welcome Elementary: Title I Plan (2024-2025)

Provide the following positions: core content teacher to reduce class sizes in grades 1, 3, 4, and 5,interventionists for math, ELA, and writing, Parent Involvement Coordinator, Instructional Coach.
Substitute costs for additional certified teachers as needed.

Purchase the following site licences including but not limited to SeeSaw and Lexia.

Instructional copier services.

Provide classroom materials and supplies to support SC College and Career Readiness standards in English Language Arts and Mathematics and Social Emotional Learning items to support our students social emotional needs.

Purchase technology supplies including headphones, poster printer supplies, and color copier supplies

Supplies for K5 orientation-take home books and activities, crayons, pencils, paper, glue, scissors, manipulatives, etc.

Provide parent materials for the Parent Resource Room and take home math and reading resources for parent events. Provide refreshments for Parent and Family Engagement events to promote improved student academic success.
Several resources will be available in English and Spanish.

Provide professional development to support schoolwide academic programs.

Provide stipends to teachers for professional development training sessions on-site on non-contract time.

Provide two planning day during school year for 36 classroom teachers to work with instructional coaches to assess current progression in standards-based instruction.
