In rare cases we will set up direct database links; we've developed JSON API to pull/push data; we have shared ESRI files; we're typically pretty flexible
metadata; confidential data access user agreements
peer-reviewed journal articles, stock assessments, technical reports, management actions, ACCSP are limited in the amount of analysis we can do in-house, because we do not own the data. But we do some initial analysis/manipulation on data for above products

Great survey - thank for putting this together!

Couple of quick comments on the questions:
#21. Might want to specify "SQL" as "SQL Server"
#26. I wasn't able to provide an appropriate answer. ACCSP does not own any of the data, but we are bound to the strictest confidentiality rules for each of our Partners' data. However, we also do summarize the data for public reports, where possible.

I may be able to find out more information on the costs of our program if necessary. Our database is integrated with that of our commercial permitting program, as well as some of the other data collection programs we have in the state, and therefore could be difficult to separate the costs. Summary data online, detailed data by requests
ACCSP, Summarized data is available on our website
Not sure, the only thing available is summary data in a table format in whatever markup language we are required to use for our website portal.
None, not unless you copy and paste. We do have PDF reports that can be downloaded.
Microsoft Excel compatible file, This depends on the requestor. Typically it is Excel, but we aslo do SAS datasets and csv files.
No, our requests are generally received by email with no true structure. We work with the requestor on what they need.
Whenever we completed a request, we typically try to explain the nuances of the data (what is additive and what isn't for example) and explanation of any time of groups that might be created. We also explain issues with confidentiality.
We do but do not require a specific citation if used, Although there isn't any requirement per se for citation, it is best practice to cite the NCTTP for the source of the data.
State government, Although that data is ours, we work for the state.
peer-reviewed journal articles, stock assessments, technical reports, management actions, Socio-economic reports, production reports, FMPs, landings bulletins, summary statistic reports
R, SAS, ArcGIS, The NCTTP primarily uses SAS, but we have some users who also work in R and ArcGIS

This survey was interesting. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help in answering some of the questions concerning the costs. Refer to my email to Amber concerning some thoughts on specific questions.
