This includes meet-up groups for plurals of any kind, support groups for DID/OSDD collectives, spiritual plural communities, and more—check a group's description to see who's included! Groups listed shouldn't be exclusionary, but might be exclusive. |

4 | Groups on this list have not been vetted! Please be careful and safe when attending meet-ups or participating in communities. Be aware that a group being on this list is not a guarantee of their policies, politics, inclusivity, or security. |
5 | Discord/Slack servers and similar are not linked on this spreadsheet to minimise the risk of raids/trolling/harassment. Therefore, if a group only exists as a server and not an in-person community, mailing list, or social media presence, it will not be listed. |
