In the Carry-Over field enter the amount the employee can carry-over to the next year in days and indicate if there is to be an automatic pay-out of excess.

In the tab identified as LEAVES-GROUPS, please indicate which leaves are appropriate for which groups by using an X. This governs the dropdown that the various groups will see.

In the tab identified as PROBATION PERIOD IN MONTHS, please indicate if employees must serve an intial probation and the length of the probation before they can use the leaves.

Employees in Absence Manangement (Leave Eligible) will fall into one of the following: Full-time 10 months, Full-time 11 months, Full-time 12 months, Part-time 10 months, Part-time 11 months, Part-time 12 months (defined in Position Management and carried over to Job Data) or as defined on the Payroll Tab in Job Data by the number of work days.

In the tab identified as SECURITY, please indicate who your Absence Administrators will be when you go-live. These should include those employees who have total HCM access ( only one or two super-users) as well as those who enter and approve absences.
