1. Procure a postcard. Make or buy! See below some ideas on how to print/make inexpensive postcards

2. Find a lab and address your postcard. The "States" tab is the master list and is organized by State

Address the postcard to an office or "staff." Do not send it to a particular person.

3. Write a love note! Be sure to show your appreciation and support.

Some ideas for notes include:
- Hold The Line
- You are appreciated
- You are important
- Your work is important
- We support you!
- Thank you for all you do for NOAA and the nation. 💙

You can keep it anonymous or maybe sign your first name.

Here are the USPS guidelines if you make your own. You can print 4x6 photos for cheap, and mail them as postcards.

This is a folder of National Marine Sanctuary posters that can be printed as 4x6" photos. Feel free to download and print them.

Here is a free download of the Love Our Ocean illustration. It's cute and you can color it yourself.

Cut cardstock into rectangles according to the USPS guidelines (minimum 3.5 in x 5 in. maximum 4.25 in x 6 in. You can make 4 postcards from a single 8.5x11" piece of cardstock. Draw, use stickers, or otherwise decorate your personalized postcard.
