BRUTALITIES
51
52
The call will result in a penalty throw and a 4-minute exclusion. Further, if a player is called for a brutality, she will be out for the remainder of that game and the rest of the tournament.
53
However, either team can appeal the call with video evidence. Video can be submitted to the FWPL committee. The committee can determine if the act of brutality was not called correctly by the official and the punishment can be removed or lessened.
54
55
PROTESTS
56
57
Notification of intent to protest must be done at the time of the error, or the next appropriate stoppage of play, so that the protest may be addressed at that time. Note that judgement of the referee is not protestable, only misapplication of the rules.
58
If you are protesting an adverse course condition, this must be protested prior to the start of the game.
59
The tournament committee is - Dustin Litvak, Paden Mitchell, Matt Flesher, Guy Baker, Jon Barnea, Trent Calder, Levon Dermendjian, and the head referee in that age group and/or the tournament.
60
If the protest involves a club that someone on the tournament committee is affiliated with then that person will recuse themself.
