Challenge GuidelinesHere's a BbG Total Body Workout Video

—The 12 week challenge began Monday Dec. 4 and runs through Sunday Feb. 25

—Your goal is to complete at least 3 total body workouts each week.

—Cardio workouts (running, cycling, swimming etc) are a great supplement to your total body workout but may not be counted towards your 3 required weekly workouts that must include strength training.

—Please post your workouts by the close of the day each Sunday.

—All challengers are allowed one “free” week.

—If you are sick and unable to exercise you get a pass. Just mark that on your chart and continue with your exercise when you’re able.

—All those who complete the 12- week challenge will receive a special edition BbG shirt.
