👋 lulu here. i created this directory because when i was looking for my own coach, it was hard to find someone with a background in tech who could also identify with my experiences as a woman of color. i hope this makes your own coach search a little easier!

- name
- linkedin
- website
- focus area(s)
- contact info if you're open to me reaching out to learn more

* please only nominate women who've had experience working in tech or similar environments. this can be flexible, e.g., maybe you've never worked in tech yourself but have many clients who do

* this list is currently focused on coaches vs. professionals who work in related but separate fields like psychotherapy
