USDOT Tribal Transportation Program (TTP)Previously referred to as Indian Reservation Roads (IRR). TTP formula funds (known as Tribal shares) are sent to Tribes and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Notes column details specific information about how to get grantee information for that particular funding source. Years are hyperlinked to the corresponding aggregated grant amount in "Main" worksheet. Hyperlinks may need to be updated depdending on what changes are made to corresponding worksheet tabs. To add another funding source,

MainThe columns are formulated with Total grant amounts for each tribe in the right most column. To add a new funding source column, highlight all of Column O "Total Grant Amounts" and click Insert. Update summary cells and hyperlinks on Table of Contents slide. The grant totals for each funding source are in Row 115; the formula will calculate all amounts in the designated column up until the row before the summary cell. The cells before it are "grouped" together to create space to add additional tribes. Click on the "+" button on the left side column to expand the cells, enter information for a specific tribe, go to "Data" in Excel's top menu, click "Ungroup" for the specific tribe, then right clik to sort Column A by A to Z. Make sure the formulas update the amount at the bottom.

Summary - US DOT TTPThis slide details the yearly summary of the US DOT TTP grants, which are allotted to federally recognized tribes according to a predetermined share. "Tribal shares" are how much $ a tribe is entitled to receive and "Tribal planning" is additional funds that tribes receive for transportation-related planning efforts.
