How Package Returns are Calculated:

A few people have asked why the return on this package isn’t simply calculated using ROI.

The reason is that not all of the package was ultimately used for tournament buy-ins.

A significant portion of the package remained unused and is therefore returned to investors at 100% of its value.

Since that money was never put into play, it doesn’t generate a profit or a loss.

The remaining portion of the package that was used for tournament entries is what generated the overall tournament results.

Investors then receive their proportional share of that profit or loss based on the percentage of the package they purchased.

In other words, each investor’s return consists of:

Unused buy-ins: Returned dollar-for-dollar.

Played buy-ins: Receive the investor’s proportional share of the tournament profit or loss.

This method accurately reflects both the unused funds that are returned in full and the actual performance of the tournaments that were played,

whereas a simple ROI calculation would incorrectly assume that 100% of the package was put into action.
