3	0-3 points: The applicant does not address how their art has evolved over the past three years.	4-9 points: The applicant somewhat addresses how their art has evolved over the past three years.	10-19 points: The applicant clearly addresses how their art has evolved over the past three years.	20-25 points: The applicant extensively addresses how their art has evolved over the past three years.
4	Artist Bio – 5% of Total Score
5	0-2 points: The artist bio reflects little arts education/ professional development, artistic, and career highlights.	3 points: The artist bio reflects minimal arts educational/ professional development, experiences, and career highlights.	4 points: The artist bio sufficiently reflects arts education/ professional development, experiences, and career highlights.	5 points: The artist bio reflects ample, clear, and concise arts education/professional development, experiences, and career highlights.
6	Artist Statement – 25% of Total Score
