1) In support of the upcoming F3 GrowRuck Virginia, this month's challenge will be based on rucking. However, running will also be included in order to maximize participation.

2) Units of measure for this challenge will be miles. Points calculated as combined points score. 1 mile Ruck = 10 points. 1 mile Run = 5 points.

3) Distances will be measured to the closest tenth of a mile.

4) Minimum distance is 1.0 miles for run and 0.5 miles for ruck.

5) Distance must be continuous motion dedicated to running or rucking (i.e. if you stop for any reason, to include pain stations, before reaching the minimum distance, it doesn't count)

6) Each PAX will set a personal goal for distance run/rucked during the month. Suggested goals are just suggestions. Modify as needed.

7) Success for the region will be based on the number of PAX who achieve their personal goal
