1. Monthly challenge is a battle of the back blasts--highest percentage wins.

2. Each time you Q this month, write up a back blast and submit it.

3. After submitting the Back Blast, fill in your name and YES in the designated columns

4. At the end of the month, the "side" of the region that posts the higher percentage of BBs wins! Tiebreaker: MOST BBs posted.

5. A secondary prize will be awarded to the specific AO(s) that post 100% of BBs.

Back blasts are important to the health of F3 for a number of reasons, including (but not limited to):

1. Keep the PAX apprised as to what happened at AOs they don't usually or were unable to attend.

2. Motivate the PAX to accelerate themselves and challenge each other.

3. Notify Sad Clowns and DR PAX of what to expect at an AO and where AOs meet.

4. Engage FNGs who are curious after their first beatdown or two.
