We aim to give individuals the opportunity and space to connect, communicate, find balance and an acceptance of the inner self. Empowering people to develop self esteem, confidence and tools for self care - the ability to do things for yourself that benefit your mental wellbeing. ActiveBeing is being able to find joy, to have fun, to feel free, and to laugh even in the smallest of ways. All activities and programmes have an 'active' element, connect with nature taking place in local green and blue spaces.

Black Mothers Matter @ BOING (Inns Court, BS4 1TR)Sonah Patonsonah@blackmothersmatter.orgSonah is the Founder and Managing Director of Black Mothers Matter, who run a weekly session at BOING in Inns Court (see attached). Black Mothers Matter is a founded and directed by three Black mothers who after being a vital support network for each other in the perinatal period wanted to extend that support to others. BOING currently run a weekly drop-in at BOING Softplay in Inns Court.
