1	Hi! My name is Rhys (@readwithrhys on instagram, he/him) and I created this spreadsheet for not only me to keep track of trans lead books or books by trans authors, but also for YOU to find books in your preferred genres with trans characters or by trans authors! Not all of these authors are trans, but cis authors do write in trans characters, so still research a book before you read it. Enjoy! I will update this whenever I find another book <3	Reminder: Never assume someone's gender based on pronouns. Pronouns do NOT represent someone's gender. There are cisgender authors here because they write trans characters. This spreadsheet is a resource to view every trans book I can find, whether it's a book that has a prominent (main or side) trans character OR is written by a trans author (who is out). 2	I've added a column in between genre and release date to indicate whether the book is published by a traditional publisher (like Harper Collins, Penguin, etc...I won't list the publisher and just say 'trad') or it's an indie release (so either self published or by an indie publisher, indicated by 'indie').	If you find there is anything in this spreadsheet that is incorrect, my IG dm's are open! I want everything to be correct, but I am just 1 human being organizing this.
