The table contains a lot of trivial examples. Only the critical examples which might cause confusion should be added somewhere in the text. Otherwise the reader might be confused whether we define something new here and is forced to go through all the trivial examples to be convinced not to miss something. Java Period javadoc just writes for method Period.between"The start date is included, but the end date is not."

SourceID would typically be the ID of the Document Source and not necessarily that of the Initiating Gateway. Should change Initiating Gateway -> Document Source
