Format: 2 runners per team, each running twice! Runner 1 (Leg 1 + 3), Runner 2 (Leg 2 + 4). The running order is open!
Idea: The ambition of the Sprint Relay is to have as many mixed teams as possible. It is no problem at all to register as a non-mixed team. For the prize giving ceremony, only top 3 (mixed or female only) teams will count.

Entry fee per person: 13 € (Open/Masters) or 9 € (Youth -16)
