Notes for use
3
- start by filling in all generic information (columns A through I) , then send to your current network for them to fill in their notes (relationships, intros) in columns U-W
4
- separate into tiers of 10-15 investors (most appropriate targets and potential leads first), and work your way down in biweekly batches. Try to set all calls/meetings within a short period of time.
5
- columns M-P act as a CRM, where you can sort by dates and know exactly when an action needs to be taken. Keep up to date!
6
- Columns R-T are difficult to gauge (be conservative), but will act as a general 'pipeline' and let you know where to focus
