Step Rate Injection Test Template

Using the template provided, please fill in all data required to determine maximum allowable injection pressure (MAIP) for both surface and downhole. Incomplete data may result in permit delay or denial. You must provide a brief explanation of the equations or technique used to calculate the proposed pressure limitations. Note that a downhole pressure gauge is required for all Step Rate Tests.

The Calculation Parameters sheet should be completed and printed as a PDF. Please upload this document to the associated UIC application

The SRT Results sheet should have the full data from the Step Rate Test and should be sent to UICog@Utah.gov
