Once all songs have been entered and their rank indicated, sort alphabetically to ensure that spelling mistakes, ampersands VS "and", etc do not lead to vote splitting. You can highlight all point cells for a song and see a sum at the bottom right corner of the Excel taskbar. Voila! Advanced users can, of course, use a pivot table to determine totals. Highlight B2 to the end of your data in D and then go to Data > Insert Pivot Table. Tell it to put this info on a New Worksheet. Use EXAMPLE PIVOT TABLE tab as a guide to determine how to set it up. Enjoy! Could not figure out good way to show how many #1s were chosen in the Pivot Table, so I recommend sorting on Rank in this sheet and manually adding that info to posts.
